The 1000L Dewar Flask is a high-performance low-temperature thermal insulating pressure vessel, engineered for the storage and transportation of various cryogenic liquids including liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, and liquefied natural gas. Adopting a double-layer vacuum stainless steel structure, its inner tank is dedicated to holding cryogenic media, while the outer wall is wrapped with multi-layer thermal insulation materials. The sandwich layer between the two containers is pumped into a high vacuum, forming a super thermal insulation system that ensures minimal evaporation loss. Available in two models, DPL-1000H (2.3 Mpa working pressure) and DPL-1000X (3.17 Mpa working pressure), this dewar flask features a geometric volume of 1000L and an effective volume of 950L, capable of meeting large-scale industrial and scientific research demands. It can automatically supply gas continuously, and for scenarios requiring larger gas flow rates, it can be connected in parallel with multiple cylinders or matched with an external vaporizer.
The combination of high vacuum technology and multi-layer insulation materials realizes extremely low heat transfer, significantly reducing the evaporation loss of cryogenic liquids and maximizing the utilization rate of stored media.
With an ultra-low daily evaporation rate, the 1000L Dewar Flask allows cryogenic liquids to be stored for extended periods without frequent refilling, which is particularly suitable for remote areas or intermittent use scenarios.
Equipped with a robust outer casing and comprehensive pressure relief devices such as safety valves, it ensures safe operation and transportation. The high-quality manufacturing process meets strict industry standards, minimizing potential risks.
Made of premium stainless steel, it can withstand harsh industrial environments and physical impacts, boasting a long service life. It is compatible with multiple cryogenic liquids, covering a wide range of application needs.

It provides a stable cryogenic environment for cryogenic sample storage (cells, strains, tissues, vaccines), superconductivity and physics experiments (NMR, MRI superconducting magnets), material cryogenic treatment, and detector cooling (electron microscope semiconductor detectors).
Applied in metalworking and welding as a source of shielding gases like liquid oxygen and liquid argon; used in chemical and refining industries for inert gas purging and LNG storage; and serves as a core device for cryogenic grinding and shrink-fit assembly processes.
Essential for the long-term cryopreservation of sperm, eggs, and embryos in reproductive medicine, as well as the cryogenic transport and storage of transplant organs and tissues. It also supports cryosurgery and medical equipment cooling.
Facilitates food flash freezing and preservation to retain texture and nutrients, beverage chilling in bars and restaurants, and wine rapid chilling with stylish decanter-shaped small dewars.
Short-distance movement requires a special trolley, and the dewar flask must be fixed firmly to keep it upright.
When going up and down stairs, two people are required to operate with a dedicated carrying rack; dumping, rolling or horizontal placement is strictly prohibited.
Regularly clean the outer wall to prevent dust from blocking exhaust pores, and always cover the bottle cap even when empty to avoid impurity and moisture entry.
Prevent frostbite: Wear professional antifreeze gloves and goggles to avoid direct contact with low-temperature liquids or metal surfaces.
Prevent suffocation: Operate in well-ventilated areas, as evaporated nitrogen will displace oxygen, leading to hypoxia risks in confined spaces.
The production of the 1000L Dewar Flask follows strict quality control standards. First, high-quality stainless steel materials are selected for cutting and forming to manufacture the inner tank and outer shell. Then, the multi-layer thermal insulation materials are wrapped on the outer wall of the inner tank, and the sandwich layer is assembled and welded. Next, the vacuum pumping process is carried out to create a high-vacuum environment inside the sandwich layer. After that, pressure relief devices such as safety valves and pressure gauges are installed, and rigorous pressure testing and thermal insulation performance testing are conducted. Finally, the qualified products are labeled and packaged for delivery.
Slight frosting near the neck tube or at the bottom of newly filled dewars or in high-humidity environments is normal. However, severe and uniform frosting on the entire bottle, especially the upper half, indicates vacuum failure, and use should be stopped immediately and the supplier contacted.
With proper operation and regular maintenance, the dewar flask is extremely safe, as its pressure relief system can effectively release excess pressure in a timely manner.
