The YDZ-30 Self-pressurized Liquid Nitrogen Tank is a specialized cryogenic storage device independently developed by Zhonghuo, designed for the storage, transportation and automatic replenishment of liquid nitrogen. With a geometric volume of 31.5L and an effective volume of 30L, it features overall dimensions of 405mm × 1050mm, a net weight of 32KG and a full weight of 56KG, and a working pressure ≤ 0.1 Mpa. Its core working principle is to vaporize a small amount of liquid nitrogen inside the tank to generate pressure, realizing automatic liquid nitrogen discharge without manual pouring or external pumps. It can be equipped with a dedicated monitoring terminal and software, enabling remote transmission of liquid level and pressure data, as well as remote alarm for low liquid level and overpressure, and manual remote pressurization and liquid replenishment control. The tank adopts a high-vacuum insulation structure, with inner and outer shells made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel, ensuring low daily evaporation rate (only 2.70%) and stable performance.
The built-in self-pressurization device realizes automatic liquid nitrogen discharge, which can efficiently replenish liquid nitrogen for other storage or transport tanks, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing labor costs.
The high-vacuum interlayer plus multi-layer insulation structure minimizes liquid nitrogen evaporation loss, extending the storage time of liquid nitrogen and reducing the frequency of refilling.
Equipped with braking casters at the bottom, it can be moved flexibly in laboratories, workshops and other spaces, suitable for on-site mobile use. The simple and intuitive operation interface supports single-person operation, lowering the threshold of use.
The optional intelligent monitoring system realizes real-time tracking of liquid level and pressure, with automatic alarm functions, avoiding risks such as insufficient liquid supply and overpressure, and ensuring the safety of stored samples and equipment.

It is widely used for the long-term preservation of biological samples such as vaccines, cells, bacteria, viruses, animal organs, human stem cells, blood and skin. The -196°C deep cryogenic environment maintains the biological activity of samples, supporting research and clinical applications in regenerative medicine and genetic engineering.
Liquid nitrogen from the tank is used for deep cryogenic treatment of metal materials, improving their metallurgical structure, hardness, strength and wear resistance. It also assists in the interference fit assembly of precision parts, enhancing the overall performance of products.
Serves as the core equipment for the long-term active preservation and long-distance transportation of semen from valuable breeding stock such as cattle and sheep, providing strong technical support for artificial insemination and breed improvement programs.
Acts as a stable cold source for laboratory equipment such as freeze dryers, and is applied in mold, semiconductor, low-temperature chemical, aerospace and military industries, meeting the cryogenic needs of different production and research links.
Check the shell for dents and cracks, ensure the vacuum exhaust port is intact, and verify the interior is clean and free of foreign objects. Check accessories such as lifting baskets for deformation.
For new or idle tanks, inject about 1/10 of the capacity of liquid nitrogen slowly for pre-cooling. Wait until the boiling subsides before full filling.
Use a dedicated funnel to pour liquid nitrogen slowly along the inner wall to prevent splashing. The filling amount should not exceed 80-90% of the total capacity, leaving space for liquid expansion and gas evaporation.
Minimize the lid-open time to within 30 seconds each time. Lift and lower samples steadily with baskets, and let residual liquid nitrogen drip off before use.
Wear full personal protective equipment, including cryogenic gloves, safety goggles, long-sleeved lab coats and ankle-covering pants; cotton gloves are strictly prohibited.
Operate in well-ventilated areas to avoid nitrogen accumulation and oxygen deficiency. Never seal the tank mouth to prevent pressure buildup and rupture.
The production of YDZ-30 Self-pressurized Liquid Nitrogen Tank adheres to ISO9001 quality management standards. First, austenitic stainless steel is processed into inner liners and outer tubes through cutting, stamping and welding. Then, the booster coil and multi-layer insulation materials are installed inside, and the interlayer is assembled and vacuumized. Next, core components such as pressure gauges, safety valves and liquid level meters are installed and calibrated. After that, strict pressure testing, vacuum performance testing and evaporation rate testing are carried out. Finally, qualified products are equipped with casters and armrest rings, and packaged after passing the final inspection.
