The 7.5m³ Cryogenic Tank developed by Gansu Shenleng Cryogenic Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-performance mobile self-pressurized low-temperature storage device. It adopts a multi-layer winding high vacuum insulation method to achieve excellent thermal insulation performance. The tank has an inner container made of S30408 stainless steel and an outer shell of Q345R steel. The inner container is suspended in the outer shell by a supporting device, and the space between the inner and outer layers is evacuated and filled with insulation materials to ensure low evaporation loss.
This product covers three specification models with geometric volume of 7500L and effective volume of 7125L, mainly used for storage and supply of liquid oxygen (LO₂), liquid nitrogen (LN₂) and liquid argon (LAr). Equipped with China’s first electronic scale with high measurement accuracy, it enables on-site settlement without tank truck weighing. Optional liquid level remote transmission system realizes IoT-based remote monitoring. With overall dimensions of 2250×2250×3864mm and elegant appearance, it fits various indoor and outdoor scenarios.
Multiple storage tanks can be combined to supply mixed gases according to different processing requirements of customers, meeting diversified needs of industries such as laser processing and metal welding without being limited by single gas supply mode.
It provides high-purity gas supply, replacing traditional steel cylinders and dewar flasks. This reduces cylinder replacement frequency and avoids gas pollution during replacement, ensuring stable gas quality for precision operations.
