| Operation & Safety Guidelines


Pre-operation Preparation

Guide the trailer to the designated position, place anti-rolling devices and support blocks, and lower the landing gear securely. Connect static grounding clamps to both the vehicle body and cylinders separately to eliminate static risks. Check cylinder seals and hose pressure to ensure no leakage.

Loading & Unloading Operation

Connect the discharge hose firmly, then open the main valve and cylinder valves in sequence. Open the dispenser inlet valve and monitor the pressure to ensure it does not exceed 20MPa. After unloading, close the valves in reverse order and vent residual pressure from the hose before disconnection.

Post-operation Procedures

Disconnect the hose, remove the static grounding clamps, and close the trailer rear door. Raise the landing gear and retrieve support blocks, then guide the vehicle to leave the area safely.

Key Safety Requirements

Prevent vehicle movement during operation with anti-rolling devices. Operate valves slowly and stand to the side to avoid potential hazards. Strictly prohibit any operation when the hose is under pressure.

Cylinder Manufacturing: Produce seamless steel cylinders using high-quality 4130X alloy steel, through processes of hot extrusion, cold drawing, and heat treatment to ensure high strength and pressure resistance.

Chassis Assembly: Weld and assemble the semi-trailer chassis, then conduct anti-corrosion treatment to extend service life.

Tube Bundle Integration: Fix the cylinders on the chassis in parallel, connect tracheas and valves, and install safety devices such as pressure sensors and safety valves.

Quality Testing: Carry out hydrostatic testing, airtightness testing, and non-destructive testing on the finished product to ensure compliance with safety standards.
