The 10m³ Cryogenic Tank independently developed by Gansu Shenleng Cryogenic Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-performance mobile self-pressurized device integrating storage, vaporization and gas supply. It adopts an advanced multi-layer winding high vacuum insulation structure to minimize low-temperature liquid evaporation loss.
The inner container is made of high-quality S30408 stainless steel, and the outer shell is Q345R steel. The inner container is suspended by a special supporting device to reduce heat transfer between layers. It has three models with 10000L geometric volume and 9450L effective volume, designed for liquid oxygen (LO₂), liquid nitrogen (LN₂) and liquid argon (LAr) storage. Equipped with integrated high-precision electronic scale for on-site settlement, optional liquid level remote monitoring system supports real-time status grasp. With dimensions of 2850×2800×3390mm, it has a compact structure for easy installation and maintenance.
According to process requirements of laser processing, petrochemical and other industries, multiple 10m³ Cryogenic Tanks can be combined to realize customized mixed gas supply, matching enterprises’ diversified production needs.
It replaces traditional steel cylinders and dewar flasks to provide high-purity gas output, reducing replacement frequency and pollution risks, ensuring continuous and stable gas supply for production lines.
Optimized insulation structure and reasonable design enable fast charging, high gas utilization rate and slow self-pressurization, minimizing power consumption and even achieving zero energy consumption in certain working conditions.
It supports filling by transport tank trucks and automatic liquid filling vehicles, realizing zero wastage. On-site filling solutions help enterprises optimize gas supply systems and reduce operating costs.

Operators must hold professional certificates and be familiar with the operating manual. Before use, check valve status, pipeline tightness and liquid level data to ensure all parts work normally.
Equipped with safety valves and bursting discs with model-specific parameters, such as 2.65MPa safety pressure and 2.8MPa bursting disc pressure for 10/2.5 model. Regular calibration of safety accessories is essential for safe operation.
Regularly detect interlayer vacuum degree and insulation layer integrity. The daily evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen is controlled within 0.35%, lower than industry average, ensuring long-term stable performance.
National standard S30408 stainless steel and Q345R steel are selected, and processed by cutting, stamping and rolling according to design drawings to form inner and outer containers with precise dimensions.
Advanced welding technology is adopted for inner and outer containers, and welds are subject to non-destructive testing to eliminate cracks, air holes and other defects, ensuring welding quality.
Supporting devices are installed between layers, high-efficiency insulation materials are filled, and the interlayer is evacuated to form a high vacuum environment, achieving excellent thermal insulation effect.
Accessories such as electronic scales, remote monitoring systems and valves are assembled, and integrated debugging is conducted. After passing strict pressure test and leakage test, factory qualification certificate is issued and delivery is arranged.
