| Overview
DJ-10B1, DJ-10B2, and DJ-10B3 are brass-bodied straight-through cryogenic globe valve sub-models in the DJ10 series, specifically designed as accessories for welded insulated gas cylinders (Dewar bottles). They share identical core specifications but differ in outlet tube length and orientation, each corresponding to a different functional port on the Dewar bottle (liquid phase, gas phase, pressure-building ports), used for on/off control of cryogenic liquid (LNG/LO2/LN2/LAr) filling, supply, and pressure control lines.
| Working Principle
Open:Turn handwheel counterclockwise → Stem drives disc upward → PCTFE seal lifts off seat → Cryogenic medium flows from inlet through valve cavity to outlet tube → Passage open.
Close:Turn handwheel clockwise → Stem drives disc downward → PCTFE seal presses against seat → Medium passage cut off → Passage closed.

Comment & FAQ
1: What is the standard valve configuration on a Dewar bottle?
A: A standard Dewar bottle typically has 4 DJ-10B globe valves + 1 DA08 safety valve (see table above). B1 and B3 are visually distinct; two B2 valves look identical but serve different functions — check port labels during installation.
2. What's the difference between B series and P series (DJ-10P)?
A: Safety valves are for compressible fluids (steam, air, gas) and open with a quick pop action. Relief valves are for incompressible fluids (water, oil) and open proportionally. Safety relief valves can handle both.
3. What does set pressure mean?
A: B series (B1/B2/B3): HPb59-1 brass body, best value for conventional LNG/LO2/LN2/LAr service.
P series (P1/P2/P3/P4): CF8 stainless steel body, superior corrosion resistance for high-cleanliness or brass-incompatible media.
4. Are the PCTFE seals interchangeable across B1, B2, and B3?
A: Fully interchangeable. The internal structure, disc dimensions, and seat dimensions are identical across all three models. The PCTFE seal is the same spare part — no need to purchase model-specific seals.
| Buying Tip:
Standard Dewar valve configuration: B1 (fill) ×1 + B2 (gas+PB) ×2 + B3 (supply) ×1 + DA08 safety valve ×1. PCTFE seals are universal consumables — keep 3-5 in stock. B series (brass) offers best value for conventional service; choose P series (stainless) for corrosive media or high cleanliness requirements. The fill port (B1) sees the highest usage frequency — prioritize it for inspection and maintenance.
