The 3m³ Cryogenic Tank is a compact, self-pressurized mobile low-temperature storage device, specially designed for small-scale cryogenic gas supply scenarios. It adopts a high vacuum insulation structure with multi-layer winding, featuring an inner container of S30408 stainless steel and an outer shell of Q345R steel. The inner container is suspended by support devices to reduce heat transfer. The tank has a geometric volume of 3160 L and an effective volume of up to 3000 L. It offers four working pressure options: 1.6 MPa, 2.2 MPa, 2.5 MPa, and 3.2 MPa, suitable for storing liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquefied natural gas (LNG). Its compact dimensions of 1850×1850×2869 mm allow easy transportation and on-site placement. It is equipped with a high-precision electronic scale for accurate on-site settlement and supports a liquid level remote transmission system for IoT-based intelligent management.
The advanced high vacuum insulation technology limits the daily evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen to ≤ 0.66%. The optimized self-pressurization system operates with ultra-low power consumption, and can even achieve zero energy consumption during stable gas supply, significantly reducing operational costs.
It eliminates the frequent cylinder replacement process of traditional gas supply methods, avoiding gas pollution caused by multiple connections and disconnections. It ensures a stable supply of high-purity gas, meeting the strict requirements of precision manufacturing and scientific research.
The small and lightweight design makes it easy to transport and install, suitable for small workshops, laboratories, and temporary construction sites. It supports combined use of multiple tanks to meet the demand for mixed gas supply and large gas consumption.

It provides a stable supply of liquid nitrogen and liquid argon to university laboratories and enterprise R&D centers, supporting low-temperature physics experiments, material characterization, and biological sample preservation.
In cold assembly processes, it uses low-temperature shrinkage to assist in the installation of precision parts. It also provides protective gas for high-precision welding such as argon arc welding, ensuring welding quality and stability.
It supplies liquid nitrogen to small food factories and dessert shops for quick freezing of pastries, ice cream, and fresh ingredients, locking in the original flavor and nutritional value of food.
It can be used as a mobile oxygen supply device in remote areas and emergency rescue sites, providing timely oxygen support for medical treatment.
It provides a low-temperature and oxygen-free environment for the production of electronic components and semiconductor chips, improving product yield and reliability.
Check the appearance of the tank for damage, confirm the vacuum degree of the interlayer is normal, and verify that the pressure gauge, safety valve, and other accessories are in good condition. Ensure the installation site is well-ventilated and away from flammable and explosive materials.
Connect the cryogenic liquid filling hose to the tank filling port, and open the valve slowly to control the filling speed. Stop filling when the liquid level reaches the rated capacity, and close the filling valve tightly.
Adjust the self-pressurization valve to reach the required working pressure, and open the gas outlet valve to supply gas to the equipment. Monitor the pressure and liquid level changes in real time during operation.
Operators must be trained and qualified before operation, and wear professional cryogenic protective equipment. Regularly check the vacuum degree and replace the sealing parts. Conduct a pressure test every year to ensure safe operation.

The inner container is processed from S30408 stainless steel plates through cutting, bending, and welding. The outer shell is made of Q345R steel, and both containers are subject to flaw detection to ensure no welding defects.
Multi-layer insulation materials are wound around the inner container, and the inner and outer containers are assembled with support devices. The interlayer is evacuated using a high-vacuum pump to achieve the required insulation effect.
Install the charger, vaporizer, electronic scale, and pipeline system on the tank body. Conduct commissioning of the self-pressurization system and remote monitoring system to ensure all functions operate normally.
Carry out strict performance testing, including pressure resistance, vacuum tightness, and evaporation rate tests. After passing all tests, issue a qualification certificate and arrange packaging and delivery.
The 3m³ model has a smaller volume and more compact dimensions, suitable for small-scale gas supply scenarios. The 5m³ model has a larger capacity and is more suitable for medium-scale industrial applications.
Yes, models 3/1.6 and 3/3.5 are designed to store LNG, meeting the small-scale storage and supply needs of liquefied natural gas.
Regularly check the vacuum gauge. If the vacuum degree decreases, contact the manufacturer for professional vacuum pumping maintenance.
