The 9 Pipes CNG Tube Trailer is a specialized mobile pressure vessel engineered for the safe and efficient transportation of high-pressure gases, including compressed natural gas (CNG) and hydrogen. It consists of 9 large seamless cylinders, known as tube bundles, fixed in parallel on a semi-trailer chassis. All cylinders are interconnected via pipelines and valves to form an integrated transport unit. This equipment is designed to address the gas supply needs of off-grid gas stations, remote industrial facilities, and hydrogen refueling stations. It features a nominal working pressure of 20 MPa and a service temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃. Models like ZLN9370GGY and ZLN9400GGY offer total volumes from 18 m³ to 25.38 m³, with STP filling capacities reaching up to 6429 Nm³. The trailer is manufactured with high-strength 4130× steel, ensuring durability and compliance with strict industry standards.
Adopting 20 MPa high-pressure storage technology, the trailer maximizes gas loading volume per trip. This directly reduces the unit transportation cost of gases. The seamless cylinder design eliminates weld-related risks, further optimizing the overall operational efficiency.
Cylinders are reinforced with high-strength metal liners and carbon fiber composites. They are equipped with multiple safety devices such as pressure sensors, safety valves, burst discs, and leak detection systems. Park the trailer at the designated position, place anti-rolling devices and support blocks, lower and secure the landing gear. Connect static grounding clamps to both the trailer body and cylinders, then check cylinder seals and hose pressure status.
Connect the discharge hose and confirm it is securely fastened. Open the main valve first, then open the cylinder valves in sequence. Control the pressure within the 20 MPa limit during operation. When unloading is completed, close the valves in reverse order and vent the residual pressure in the hoses.
Disconnect the hoses, remove the static grounding clamps, close the trailer rear door, raise the landing gear, and guide the vehicle to leave the area safely.
High-quality 4130× steel is used to produce seamless cylinders through hot extrusion and precision machining processes, ensuring the cylinders meet the CNG-1 type standard.
The semi-trailer chassis is welded and reinforced, then the processed cylinders are fixed in parallel on the chassis. Professional pipelines and valves are installed to connect all cylinders into a unified system.
The assembled trailer undergoes strict hydrostatic testing, airtightness testing, and non-destructive testing. Only products that pass all tests receive the qualification certificate and are put into storage.
