The 5m³ Cryogenic Tank is an integrated mobile low-temperature gas supply equipment, composed of a small storage tank, charger, vaporizer, and pipeline system. It adopts a multi-layer winding high vacuum insulation structure, with an inner container made of S30408 stainless steel and an outer shell of Q345R steel. The inner container is suspended inside the outer shell via support devices, and the interlayer is evacuated for insulation. The tank has a geometric volume of 4990 L and an effective volume of up to 4740 L. It supports multiple working pressure levels, ranging from 1.6 MPa to 3.2 MPa, and is suitable for storing liquid oxygen (LO₂), liquid nitrogen (LN₂), liquid argon (LAr), and other cryogenic media. It is equipped with China’s first integrated electronic scale, featuring high measurement accuracy that enables on-site settlement without weighing the tank truck. The optional liquid level remote transmission system realizes IoT-based remote monitoring and management.
The multi-layer winding high vacuum insulation technology ensures a daily evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen ≤ 0.45%. This minimizes medium loss and reduces the energy consumption of the self-pressurization system, even achieving zero power consumption in optimal working conditions.
It replaces traditional steel cylinders and dewar bottles, providing a continuous supply of high-purity gas. It reduces the frequency of cylinder replacement and avoids pollution risks during the gas change process, meeting the strict purity requirements of high-end manufacturing and scientific research.
Multiple tanks can be combined to supply mixed gases according to customer processing requirements. Both transport tank trucks and automatic liquid filling vehicles can fill the tank, achieving zero wastage during the filling process. The compact structure allows easy on-site installation and centralized gas supply.
It supplies liquid nitrogen to chemical, physical, and material science laboratories in universities, research institutions, and enterprise R&D centers, supporting low-temperature experiments and sample preservation.

Place the tank on a flat and solid foundation, and ensure the distance from fire sources and heat sources meets safety standards. Connect the vaporizer and pipeline system, then conduct a pressure test and leak detection before putting it into use.
Use a dedicated cryogenic liquid filling vehicle to connect to the tank filling port. Control the filling speed and avoid overfilling. Monitor the liquid level in real time through the electronic scale or remote transmission system.
Start the self-pressurization system according to the required working pressure, and adjust the vaporizer output to meet the gas demand. Regularly check the pressure gauge and safety valve status to ensure safe operation.
Operators must wear protective equipment such as cryogenic gloves and goggles to prevent frostbite. Avoid violent collision of the tank body, and regularly inspect the vacuum degree of the interlayer.
The inner container is made of S30408 stainless steel through spinning and welding processes. The outer shell is fabricated with Q345R steel plates, and both containers undergo precision machining to ensure dimensional accuracy.
The multi-layer insulation material is wound between the inner and outer containers, and the interlayer is evacuated to a high vacuum state. Support devices, chargers, and vaporizers are installed, and the pipeline system is connected and debugged.
The finished tank undergoes pressure testing, vacuum tightness testing, and evaporation rate testing. The electronic scale and remote monitoring system are calibrated to ensure all performance indicators meet the design requirements.
It can store liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and other common cryogenic media.
It offers a 3-year vacuum warranty and a 1-year warranty for valve accessories.
