Eliminates the need for manual pouring or external pumps through an internal self-pressurization system—vaporizing a small amount of liquid nitrogen to generate pressure for automatic discharge. This allows single-person operation, drastically reducing labor costs and improving workflow efficiency in laboratory and industrial settings.
The high-vacuum insulation layer combined with stainless steel construction minimizes daily liquid nitrogen evaporation loss, extending the storage duration of cryogenic media. The robust structure resists corrosion and physical impact, ensuring long-term reliable performance even in harsh operating conditions.
Equipped with braking casters at the bottom, the tank can be easily moved within laboratories, workshops, or production lines. It supports optional configurations such as low-temperature voltage regulators and level gauges, adapting to diverse application requirements from small-scale labs to mid-sized industrial operations.
Optional remote monitoring systems enable real-time tracking of liquid level, pressure, and other key parameters. Low liquid level and overpressure remote alarms, along with manual remote pressurization and liquid replenishment control, enhance operational safety and convenience.

Ideal for long-term preservation of biological samples including vaccines, cells, bacteria, viruses, animal organs, human stem cells, blood, and skin. The -196°C deep cryogenic environment maintains biological activity, supporting research, clinical trials, and regenerative medicine advancements.
Facilitates long-term active preservation and long-distance transportation of semen from valuable breeding stock (cattle, sheep) and rare animals. Provides critical technical support for artificial insemination programs, improving breeding efficiency and genetic quality.
Used for deep cryogenic treatment of metal materials to optimize metallurgical structure, significantly enhancing hardness, strength, and wear resistance. Precision parts undergo controlled dimensional changes after treatment, enabling interference fit assembly and boosting final product performance.
Widely adopted in mold industry, semiconductor manufacturing, food processing, low-temperature chemical industry, aerospace, and military sectors. Serves as a stable cold source for equipment like freeze dryers and supports low-temperature process requirements.
Tank Inspection: Check for shell dents, cracks, and intact vacuum exhaust ports. Ensure the interior is clean, dry, and free of foreign objects.
Accessory Check: Verify lifting baskets and canes are undamaged; confirm level gauge markings (if equipped) are clear.
Pre-Cooling: For new or long-unused tanks, inject 1/10 of total capacity with liquid nitrogen to pre-cool. Fill fully only after boiling subsides and liquid stabilizes.
Wear cryogenic-resistant gloves (cotton gloves prohibited), safety goggles/face shield, long-sleeved lab coat, and ankle-covering pants.
Operate in a well-ventilated area to avoid oxygen deficiency from nitrogen gas accumulation.
Use a dedicated funnel/transfer tube to pour slowly along the inner wall, controlling flow to prevent splashing.
Fill to 80%-90% of total capacity—never exceed to allow space for liquid expansion and gas evaporation.
Keep the lid open for ≤30 seconds per access to minimize nitrogen loss and temperature rise.
Use baskets to lift/lower samples steadily; avoid collisions with the neck tube. Allow residual liquid nitrogen to drip off after removal.
Wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth. For long-term storage, empty the tank, warm to room temperature, rinse the liner with 40-50°C water, and air dry completely.
Conduct monthly inspections of neck plug seals and accessories; log nitrogen usage and address outer shell frost promptly.
The YDZ-100 undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process to ensure cryogenic performance and safety. Key steps include:
High-precision cutting and forming of austenitic stainless steel for inner and outer tanks.
Multi-layer insulation layer assembly and high-vacuum pumping to achieve optimal thermal insulation.
Installation of booster coils, safety valves, pressure gauges (HONGQI brand, certified for accuracy), and vent valves.
Pressure testing and leak detection to meet ≤0.1Mpa working pressure standards.
Assembly of braking casters, armrest rings, and vacuum covers for user-friendly operation.
Final quality inspection, including evaporation rate testing and functional verification of all components.
Factory acceptance by professional engineers and compliance with international cryogenic equipment standards.
Liquid nitrogen is non-flammable and non-explosive. Rupture risk exists only if the tank is hermetically sealed or the pressure relief valve fails—vaporized liquid nitrogen expands 700x in volume, causing pressure buildup. Always use certified containers with functional pressure relief devices and never seal the tank mouth.
Liquid nitrogen’s -196°C temperature causes severe cold burns/frostbite on skin contact. Always wear full PPE: cryogenic gloves, safety goggles/face shield, long-sleeved lab coat, and ankle-covering pants. Avoid direct skin or eye exposure to liquid or cold vapor.
Regularly check levels using a dipstick or weighing method. For enhanced convenience, opt for the optional monitoring terminal to receive real-time liquid level data and low-level remote alarms. Replenish liquid nitrogen when levels drop below 30% or before samples are exposed.
